Mike Bojanski is a new member of the Bethlehem House Board of Directors as of February 2015. His expertise in human resource management is a valued and timely addition to our growing organization.
Mike currently Vice President, CHRO at Finley Engineering. Mike started his human resources career in 1982 with Richman Gordman Stores. In his 30+ year career he has had the opportunity to work with privately held and fortune 500 companies including FDR, Cox Communications, Physicians Mutual Insurance Company in Omaha and Huntel Systems in Blair, NE.
Mike graduated from the University of Nebraska at Omaha with a BSBA in Management and Marketing in 1977 and received his Masters in Human Relations from The University of Oklahoma in 2002. He is Dean of Finley Engineering’s corporate university, Finley Academy.
Mike is adjunct faculty at Methodist College in Omaha and The University of Nebraska at Omaha, facilitating online human resources and leadership classes. He is also adjunct faculty at Creighton University in Omaha where he facilitates a traditional in-class human resources course.
Mike was awarded his Senior Professional in Human Resources Certification in 2002. He serves on the board of directors for The Human Resource Association of the Midlands, (HRAM) serving as co-chair of the membership committee. He also volunteers on the HRAM College Relations committee. He is College Relations Director for the Nebraska State SHRM Council and is a member of the state membership committee. He represents SHRM as an “A-Team” member for Nebraska’s 1st congressional district. He has also volunteered on the Nebraska State SHRM conference planning committee.
Mike is a member of the board of directors for Partnerships in Caring. He and his wife Cindy are parishioners of Sacred Heart and enjoy gardening, spending time with their 4 grown children and attending their 4 grandchildren’s sporting events.
